COME SKI WITH US!  Located in the Abitibi region of Quebec, the Val-d'Or Cross-Country Ski Club offers over 40 km of groomed trails and many kilometers of backcountry trails. Whether you are seeking a roller-coaster ride, a serious training session, or just a pleasant glide through the boreal forest, we have what you need!  All of our major trails are tracked for both classic skiing and the skating technique. Our tracking is done with a Bombardier BR-400, with two classic tracks on either side of the trail and a skating track in the centre. In the evening, after work, you can unwind with a relaxing ski (or a vigorous workout) on our 3.5 km lit trail. While on the trail, stop at one of our huts to warm up. And when you return after an invigourating run, relax in front of the fire in our spacious chalet. |
